“West Kerry”

Update: SOLD
€275 (+ €13 Registered post to Ireland; €15-€30 to rest of world)
This is a candidate for my favourite painting of this whole collection. I’ve told you I like shapes, and while I can go mad looking at squares and right-angles on streets indoors and outdoors, I also like organic shapes. When I’m somewhere rural I see in shapes. Blobs of colour often flattened into two dimensions and connected by strings of hedgerows, causeways, streams, strata of rocks, or by man-made structures of roads railways or wires.
So anyway, I’ve been to West Kerry a lot. Who hasn’t if you’re Irish? And this for me is West Kerry. It’s playing football on a beach in Inch, it’s drinking with friends in Caherdaniel, it’s walking back for tea in Ventry, and it’s thinking about going out to that island but happy to stay sitting exactly where you are just enjoying the view.
UPDATE: This painting is now SOLD.
If you’d like to buy my painting called “West Kerry” please either message me privately by any method or publicly post a comment below the painting on my website or on facebook, and if you do so before anybody else (I may have to check timestamps) I’ll mark it as sold for you then privately make arrangements with you for payment (probably by bank transfer or cash if you’re known to me, and by another secure method if not) and for delivery. It can take me a bit of time to wade through all the different places people are messaging me, but I will get there eventually
