The last painting of tonight’s selection. This makes 24 paintings the last 3 nights. As of right now a handful are still available. More tomorrow at 8pm.
The oldest bridge over the Liffey in its Dublin city centre section. Behind it you can see on Arran Quay the church of St Paul of Smithfield – St Paul being a regular in the Cobblestone – and also the stand out Bank of Ireland building as well as the dome of the Four Courts further back. And I still like looking at what used to be our Central Bank. But Mellows bridge is really what this painting is about. I’ve painted it before but wanted to do it again. I think it’s a beauty, and especially on a sunny day
If you’d like to buy this painting message me or post a comment saying so before anyone else does, and whoever shouts at me first I will then privately make arrangements for payment with (Likely by bank transfer or cash). If you like Howth but this angle or rendition, or because of how life is this painting is just not for you, I wouldn’t mind if you told other Howth likers that the painting is online and available.
Until tomorrow night then. And a reminder that If you’re puzzled by how the sale is working and why I’m talking like a person who can’t stop talking, check out my website liamdaly.com for details.
