If I never visit Istanbul again I will still paint it for ever. There are few cities in the world to compare. This view of The Golden Horn is from the Galata Tower. I spent a month in Istanbul arriving on bicycle, and have planned a whole series on the city like this.
The minarets and domes of Turkey's towns and cities are a treasure and privilege to behold.
