I forget where it all started. I think it was in the American Southwest. There was series of forms in my head, incomplete, lacking definition, but with a very definite presence. I painted them. Or I tried to. And this was the second attempt. Quite different to the first but a lot closer to what I was trying to do.
Ignoring squares for the moment, I've always loved circles that aren't.
