I had to do some reconstruction to fit in the Commercial Buildings next door, though not as much as architect Sam Stephenson who had them rotated ninety degrees. I'm not sure what the client made of my yellow stripe at the bottom - but hey, it's a painting.
From when The Central Bank was first constructed on its suspension system, I wouldn't walk underneath it. Until this commission.
